Programme Information
The Bachelor of Asministrative Science (Honours), acronym BAS (Hons), is a 3 year programme which prepares graduates for employment in the public and private sectors. The programme is a creative and unique blend of the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in these sectors. Strategic management, people management and technology management underpin the programme. With a multidiciplinary focus, administration bias and a global orientation, the programme provides the students with a healty mix of knowledge base that is a sine qua non for employment in the new millennium. The students can further deepen their knowledge and hone their skills by choosing from a range of elective to match their own preference and career plans.
The programme is offered in the Shah Alam, Sarawak, Sabah, Melaka and Kedah.
Entry Requirements
STPM with a minimum of 3 principals passes including in General Paper. Preference will be given to candidates who have attained the said requirement on one sitting AND credits in English and Methematics or Economics or Principles of Accounting in SPM / SPMV.
OR
A Diploma from UiTM in Public Administration, Business Studies, Accounting and Banking with a CGPA of at least 2.50 or equivalent (exemption mat be granted for the 1st year of the programme).
OR
A Diploma from any local public university or from any accredited private colleges in Public Administration, Business Studies, Law, Accounting and Banking with CGPA of 3.00 or better.

Salam En. Rahman,saya merupakan pelajar e-PJJ di UiTM Shah Alam. Baru Part II bagi program BM222. Saya nk tka AM228 sbb sy lbih brminat dlm pentadbiran berbanding program yg sy amik skrg lbih kpd dunia kewangan dan banking. Sy rsa dah slh plih program utk peningkatan dlm kerjaya sy. Sy adalah pemegang Diploma Pengajian Perniagaan (Pengurusan) dari Politeknik. Sebab nk dapat byk credit exemption sy plih jer nk blaja BM222 tu pastu bila da Part II baru sdar mcm da slh plih program yang tak relate bidang kerja sy skrg. Sy nk tya En. Rahman, kalu sy brjya tka ke program AM228, agk2 brpa thun msa yg sy perlukan utk menghabiskn pengajian jika setiap semester sy amik 4 subjek tanpa ad dpt credit exemption? Ssh tak blaja AM228 ni?
